Shop Policies - Purchasing Guide

Hello, you! Just a few things you'll want to know before making your purchase.

Every piece of Selvedge merchandise start as flat, flavorless elements that have been carefully and mindfully sourced. They are combined and evolved into artisanal pieces, designed to breathe and conform with its wearer. Packed and shipped with the Selvedge seal of approval.


Ordering
We have set up an Order Form here to send us your purchase requests. You should get a reply confirming your order within 24 hours.

No reply? We probably didn't receive the order OR you might have sent us inaccurate contact details. Double check for typos! :-)


Confirmation and Billing
Once we receive your order, we'll send you the total amount and details of your preferred payment method.


Payment
We accept payments through BPI and BDO bank deposits, also through Globe G-Cash. Account numbers will be provided with your billing.

Payment is due two (2) days from the time we have confirmed your order, not including weekends. If you have not paid beyond that, contact us so we won't cancel BUT if there's a wait list, it goes to the next person when the 48th hour is up.

For international transactions, payments are accepted via PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account but own a credit card, just go visit paypal.com, it's really easy to set up!


Shipping
If items are readily available, we ship the day after we verify your payment. If you pay in the morning, it could reach our day's cut-off for shipping ;-) We'll let you know.

For items that are not in stock and are handmade upon order, please expect 2-3 days for shipment or whatever is stated in the product description.

Metro Manila and Provincial orders are shipped via Air21. If you prefer a different shipping method, please let us know.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Items are shipped via International Express (IEMS) through Philpost and normally takes around two weeks give or take. Sometimes packages can be held up by customs at the destination country so it takes a bit longer. If you want it fast, there are always other options, contact us and let's work something out.


Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Selvedge pieces so please be aware that these items are handmade, therefore variations should be expected. Rest assure that each item is made with care and anything we craft that we feel is less than perfect won't be bound to leave our doorstep.

Requests for exchanges must be made two (2) days from the time of delivery and will only be honored if items are UNWORN and returned in its original condition. Product descriptions will contain as much detail to describe each item so shipping should be shouldered by the customer. Refunds are not accepted.
